A program that focuses on teaching children and adults with limited, non-verbal speech, hard of hearing, and deafness to communicate effectively with Sign Language. It teaches verbal speech as well as a sophisticated language that will improve on memory, learning skills, and effective communication.
Research shows that hearing children who learn sign language increase language skills including larger vocabulary, improved spelling, and reading ability. Also, children learn about diversity, cultures, and increase their self-esteem. Become a part of the growing number of children, parents, caregivers and teachers who have decided to encourage and enhance language by A New Leaf's trained and qualified Sign Instructors. We also have qualified Interpreters to assist and interpret for the D/deaf with their various needs.
