At A New Leaf, we believe actions speak louder than words. In order to give the highest quality of service, we require all Service Coordination team members to uphold ethical and professional standards for themselves and to those whose lives they will impact through the Service Coordinator/Participant relationship. Our Service Coordinators will ensure that they use the utmost integrity when providing and presenting service and support options to all participants. Participants and their family will be treated as an equal team member in the development and implementation of the Individual Service Plan. Potential options that are available to the participant will be evaluated, and each parent/guardian will be provided with multiple service and support options to choose from.
Some ways in which Service Coordination may benefit your individual needs are:
- Proactive Advocating
- Empowering and Educating
- Giving you multiple choices of services available
- Follow-thru of services
- Caring and consistent contact

If you are interested in acquiring Service Coordination for your child who is under 18 years old, please contact us.
